JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One detonator and ten splinters are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with several others assembled near the house of one Babu Lal Paswan.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused including co-accused, Nilesh Sahani and others, who were caught along with the petitioner, have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any

No.57304 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rashmi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014.
