ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,406,307,504 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that petitioner is a deed writer and the sale deed has been executed by one Girija Devi and Sharwan Kumar. It is submitted that whatever the nature of allegation made in the FIR the only role assigned to the petitioner is that he was deed writer of the sale deed with regard to the property which has been executed fraudulently.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and also because the two accused persons namely, Smt. Girija Devi @ Girija

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3586 of 2016 (3) dt.18-03-2016 Devi and Sharwan Kumar @ Sharvan Kumar have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by bench of this Court in Crl. Misc. No. 48034 of 2015 by order dated 29.01.2016, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sujit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
