JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2024 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Sub-Divisional Officer, Patna, City, Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 3, to dispose off the pending miscellaneous case, filed by the petitioner on 28.3.2019. 2.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid miscellaneous case is still pending, the same would definitely be disposed off within a stipulated time frame, as is fixed by this Court. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Respondent No. 3 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6305 of 2021(3) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 dispose off the aforesaid miscellaneous case, stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 28.3.2019, in case the same has actually been filed and is still pending consideration, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
