2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner committed financial irregularities in the government project under the Nal-Jal Yojna in village Panchayat Lav, Ward No. 3.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has completed all the work assigned to him and in support of the same, he has filed supplementary affidavit and in paragraph - 3 of the same, it is stated that out of total amount of Rs. 11,00,000/-, the work amounting to Rs. 9,17,000/- was already completed and rest work to the tune of Rs. 1,77,000/- towards expenditure in installation of Boring has been completed, which has been certified by Panchayat Samiti and other authorities (Annexure 6). 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Gaya in connection with Tikari P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
