Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation against eight co-accused persons including the petitioners to have committed assault to the informant and his brother along with various weapons. The Doctor did not find any visible external injury, save and except, on the backside of head of the informant. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since more than five months.

No.10905 of 2019(3) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan Muffasil Police Station Case No. 410 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
