The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khajanchi Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 758 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K.
