2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 446 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 10.1 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner has been named by the chokidar as the owner of the illicit liquor recovered by the police. The petitioner has similar antecedents also.

4. Considering the allegations as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail in the present case.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioner must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
