JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, the informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and the informant suspected the hands of the petitioner and other FIR named accused on the ground that eight days prior to the alleged occurrence, petitioner and other FIR named accused had caught the hands of the deceased with ill motive. Moreover, it appears from perusal of the impugned order that none has seen actual killing of the deceased and except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to

No.2956 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Janta Bazar P.S.
