The petitioner was appointed as Junior Engineer (Civil) on 09.12.1982 in the office of Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Additional Commissioner-cum-Special Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar. He retired on 31.08.2015 from the post of Assistant Engineer.

The petitioner submits that he has been paid all his retiral dues, but has not been paid interest on the G.P.F. amount from 26.02.2016 to 13.05.2016.
