2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika in the Anganwari Kendra No. 147 in Ward No. 13 under the Gram Panchyat-Raj Sadaweh Dorwan, Block- Dulhin Bazar, Patna and further to quash the letter no.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17977 of 2018(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 898 dated 19.06.2018 passed by District Programme Officer, Patna.
3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka within 30 days, if cause of action still survives.
