The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 97 of 2015 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 337, 338, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur.
Admittedly, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail was earlier refused vide Cr. Misc. No. 42567 of 2015 on 08.10.2015 by this Court with direction to the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11278 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order. As such, I find no reason to re-consider the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, this application is rejected.
