Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities for payment of post retiral dues viz., GPF, Earned Leave and compulsory Group Insurance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed written representation before District Panchayat Raj Officer, Saran at Chapra which is still pending and the concerned authority may be directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time frame. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6453 of 2021(2) dt.04-09-2021 2/2 In view of the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before Respondent No.3, the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Saran at Chapra raising his grievances within fifteen days from today and if such representation is filed, the Respondent No.3 is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.

Needless to say that if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a further period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
