The petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur (Waini OP) P.S. Case No. 368 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

842 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van and this petitioner is owner of the said vehicle. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only because she is owner of the said vehicle. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 368 of 2021.
