The petitioner claims to have retired on 31.01.2015 as Associate Professor from M.L.T. College, Saharsa under B.N. Mandal University, however, it is contended that post-retiral benefits under several heads have not been paid to the petitioner as yet though several representations have been filed. However, part of his service was rendered before L.N.Mithila University also. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1682 of 2016 dt.19-05-2016 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Registrars of both the Universities by filing representation which would be considered by them in accordance with law and a decision should be taken for payment of admissible dues to the petitioner under all the heads within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
