JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Petitioners seek bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 496c2 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 1358 litres of liquor. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are driver and cleaner of the vehicle and they have nothing to do with the seized article and they are in custody for more than two months, charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two
