This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Itarhi PS Case No. 334 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In the instant case, total 12.600 litres of liquor was seized from the motor cycle. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 28.12.2018, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District Judge -II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Itarhi PS Case No. 334 of 2018.
