JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner being mother-in-law of the deceased is in jail custody since 28.09.2015 in a case registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case itself, the marriage of the deceased had taken place four years ago and therefore at least it is admitted position that the deceased lived in her matrimonial home for near about four years.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57403 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in Benipatti P.S.Case No. 170 of 2015.
