Mr.Shailendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 342, 354, 354(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of trying to outrage the modesty of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. The real fact is that the informant's father wanted to marry her daughter with the petitioner and the father of the petitioner refused the same hence the present case has been lodged. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9253 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Heard both parties and perused the record. It appears that at the time of going to school the petitioner used to cause molestation with informant.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 594 of 2019 from the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
