The Petitioner seeks bail in Amour P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that informant on noise saw two persons on one motorcycle fleeing away with solar plate. The villagers arrived and caught the driver of the motorcycle but pillion rider after throwing the solar plate succeeded to run away. The apprehended person disclosed his name as Md. Nayyar, the petitioner and also disclosed the name of his associate. The alleged motorcycle belongs to the petitioner.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 09.10.2016.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
