The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special. Case No. 04 of 2019 arising out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a)/ 38(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 7.500 liter of foreign liquor and 51 liters of cough syrup was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9645 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 bail, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J-II, cum Special Judge, Araria in connection with Spl. Case No. 04 of 2019 arising out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019.
