In view of such provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 01.05.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgoan) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria and in the interest of the parties, further proceedings of aforesaid case is hereby dropped.

However, if the informant feels that it was only strategy that the petitioner had settled the dispute he may open the case. With the aforesaid observation the application is disposed off.
