The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goreykothi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory confessional statement of the co-accused Ramdeo Prasad who was arrested on the spot.

The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
