1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) To quash the Letter No. 135 dated 21.01.20 contained in Annexure-2 issued under the signature of Distt. Sub-Registrar, Siwan to the petitioner by which he has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 3,39,526/- (Three Lakh Thirty Nine thousand Five hundred twenty six Rs. only) as deficit stamp fee of Rs. 30296/- with delay fine amount of Rs. 302960/- with registration fee etc. and direct the District Sub-Registrar, Siwan to accept the deficit stamp fee of Rs. 30296/- and to stay the further execution proceeding."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2814 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23.05.2003, passed by the learned Court of Collectorcum-District Registrar, Siwan, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
