The present petition has been preferred for quashing of Domestic Violence Case No. 19/2015 passed and entire orders passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan taken on the application filed by the opposite party No. 2 against the petitioner seeking Compensation of Rs. 30,000/- from the petitioner which is illegal, unjustified and not in accordance with law. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage.
