JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 26-09-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 21.1.2020, issued by the District SubRegistrar, Siwan, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 28.12.2012, passed by the learned Court of Inspector of Registration Offices, Saran Division, Chapra, in Stamp Case No. 44 of 2011, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 2.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, forthwith.

It is also directed that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent authorities shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner till disposal of the appeal in question. 4.
