The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Earlier this Court vide order dated 20.8.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32747 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.

The petitioner is in jail since 12.4.2016 and he has already completed nine months in jail custody. Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Raja Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
