Patna High Court MJC No.764 of 2021 dt.06-08-2025 2/2 direction given by the Co-ordinate Bench. Grievance of the petitioner is that Respondents No. 4 to 6 have not complied. Perusal of the co-ordinate Bench decision dated 16.05.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7165 of 2019, it is evident that there is no specific direction to Respondents No. 4 to 6 so as to summon those Respondents and to try this Contempt of Court proceedings.
