The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case punishable for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 386, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the point of pistol, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner snatched cash of Rs. 48,000/- from the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as a matter of fact, brother of the informant has taken away petitioner and his other well-wishers at Gujarat for some labour work, but did not pay the wages to the petitioner and when this petitioner demanded his wages, this false and concocted case been lodged. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11203 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 there is specific allegation against him that on the point of pistol, he alongwith other co-accused snatched cash of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
