Petitioners seek bail in Case No.C2/31/19 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 37.500 litres Nepali Saufi has been recovered from joint possession of the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 22.01.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
