Perused the order dated 21.07.2016. Refusal of the learned Single Judge entertaining the prayer of the appellant for giving direction for payment of interest for the delayed payment cannot be said to be erroneous since the facts are not open and shut. The delay cannot be said to be attributable only to the respondents, but also to the contribution made by the present appellant.
Patna High Court LPA No.1673 of 2016 dt.14-12-2017 Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
