The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have not been engaged as Literate Constables (Operation) in Bihar Police Radio Organization on account of delay in sending the application of the petitioners in time.

He submits that their cases are covered by the judgment and order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13645 of 2017 (Chandan Kumar & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) disposed off on 25.04.2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3551 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 Let the concerned authority consider the case of the petitioners and if it is found that the facts and the prayer made in this case is identical to the aforesaid case, the present petitioners be also granted the identical relief as has been given to Chandan Kumar.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
