1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner as also other similarly situated persons for extending their age of retirement from 60 years, as same has been done not only in several other departments of Bihar who could not discharge their work due to prolonged litigation and thus being at no fault on their part, they could not discharge the

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ of similar nature writ commanding and directing the concerned respondent authorities not to allow the petitioner to retire and allow her to continue till extended period of retirement. "

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
