Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that on the request of petitioner, she left her home as she was in love with petitioner. The petitioner did nothing wrong with her.

No doubt, the victim is said to be minor but taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
