JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ application to prefer appeal against the impugned order which would be available to him under law.

As a result, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner. If such appeal is filed within four weeks, let the same be considered and disposed of by the competent authority on its own merit and in accordance with law. The impugned order shall be kept in abeyance till four weeks and in the meantime petitioner would be at liberty to seek interim protection from the appellate

If such application is filed before the appellate authority the same should be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order in which interim protection has been given by this Court for limited period.
