Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 323/341/366A/120B/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R. co-accused Manoj Dharikar is alleged to have induced Puja Kumari, a minor girl, for some illicit purpose. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had voluntarily gone with Manoj Dharikar on a motorcycle. Manoj Dharikar established physical relation and thereafter he sold her at the cost of Rs.40,000/-. Submission is that there is no allegation against the petitioners in the statement of the victim girl and whatever allegation is there in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7688 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 2/2 on the pressure of her parents.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2016.
