The petitioner seeks bail in Amarpur P.S. Case No.579 of 2018, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner got appointment on the post of teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner got 450 marks in the examination held by Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board. An enquiry was conducted and it was held that the certificate issued in favour of the petitioner is forged one. The petitioner is not responsible for getting such forged certificate.
