The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 1327/2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 12 litres of country made liquor is recovered from the hut of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 14.12.2016. He has already remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
