5127 of 2018 to its file which has been original dismissed due to non compliance of the order dated 22.03.2018 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prabhat Kumar Jha by which four weeks preemptory time was granted to file the Certified Copy of order dated 31.12.2010, 16.03.2012 and 25.11.2016 with required court which fee are under challenge in C.W.J.C. No. 5127 of 2018.
