2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs quashing the order dated 19.01.2016 passed by Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Bagaha (Respondent no. 2) in Mutation Appeal No. 18 of 2012-13 whereby and whereunder the learned court has not considered the appeal preferred by petitioner against the order dated 25.11.2011
Patna High Court CWJC No.20028 of 2016(6) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 passed by Circle Officer Bagaha-1 (Respondent No.3) in Mutation Case No. 4927/11-12 and affirmed the said order which is nothing but non application of mind."
3. On 16.07.2024, prayer for adjournment was made, on 13.08.2024, there was no appearance, on 29.08.2024, prayer for adjournment was made and again on 26.09.2024, the same prayer for adjournment was made.
4. It is clear that the petitioner has lost interest in the case.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
