1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent-authorities to remove the encroachment made over the public road and its flank, situated at Mangalpur Gudaria Bazar at Nautan Block, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, nonetheless, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Nautan, District-West Champaran at Bettiah, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
