According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was ambulance driver and only accusation against him is that he made attempt to screen the evidence of the present case and except the aforesaid allegation, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Ahiapur P.S.
