2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) to direct the respondent Collector, Kishanganj to dispose of the Miscellaneous case No. 68 of 1993 pending consideration for grant of relief U/S. 22 of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling

Patna High Court CWJC No.17963 of 2018(4) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 Area and Acquisition of surplus Land) Act, 1961 (in short the Act") within a time as may be stipulatedby this Hon'ble Court;

(ii) to pass such other order / direction(s) as may be deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Before the two different Co-ordinate Benches also, on 25.03.2025 and 22.08.2025, there was no appearance.
