The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 467, 468, 420, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these two petitioners are only alleged to be witness to the agreement dated 26.08.2021 made between complainant and co-accused Tejmani. It is submitted that it is not the case of the complainant that any money has been transferred into the account of these petitioners. No specific role has been attributed to these petitioners and they have got clean antecedent. Petitioners are not the beneficiaries of the alleged transaction. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

No.11504 of 2023(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Barh (Patna) in connection with Barh Complaint Case No. 96 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
