JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased with Bhala but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that no Bhala injury was found on the person of the deceased, which is evident from Photostat copy of postmortem report of the deceased. It is further contended by him that the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute and moreover, some co-accused against whom, there is omnibus allegation of assault by Farsa and other weapons, have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner

No.1804 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Manihari P.S.
