Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed present writ application for a direction to the Respondents to revise his pension in the replacement scale and to make payment of arrears of pension from the due date till the actual date of payment.

Learned counsel further submits that replacement scale is admissible to the petitioner with effect from 1st February 2003.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6197 of 2021(2) dt.27-08-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for Accountant General submits that P.P.O. on the basis of sanction order of the State-Authority has been issued which has been annexed at Annexure-A to the counter affidavit filed by Respondent No.3 and the pension of the petitioner has been fixed on the revised scale with effect from 1st February 2003.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that P.P.O. has already been issued by the Accountant General and a copy of the same has been sent to the Treasury Officer, Samastipur, accordingly, Treasury Officer, Samastipur is directed to take necessary steps for payment of arrears of pension as well as current pension to the petitioner on the revised scale fixed by the Accountant General within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
