JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught with stolen motorcycle but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner does not have any concern with seized motorcycle. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the impugned order does not show as to whether the seized motorcycle was stolen property or not.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015
