1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ petition in order to avail the remedy before appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.
2. Permission is granted. The petitioner shall avail the remedy before appropriate authority within one month from the date of receipt of the order and in turn, the concerned authority shall dispose of the application of the petitioner within three months. As the Writ petition was file in the year 2018, the concern authority shall also construe the aspect of limitation.
