2. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, for a trivial dispute, the petitioners and other co-accused are said to have pushed the deceased, who fell down and sustained one abrasion on her forehead.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the deceased was 62 years old and she fell down and has sustained one abrasion on her forehead and no offence under Section 304 is made out in the facts of the case.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
