The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 626 of 2018 dated 03.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 354, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
The petitioners are related to the daughter and sonin-law of the informant. There appears to be dispute in the family and a result of the aforesaid dispute, all members of the in-laws of the family of the daughter of the informant have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10790 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 been made accused.
Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 626 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U
