JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Rahui P.S. Case No. 313 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 120(B) of the of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

It is alleged that one truck loaded with huge quantity of foreign liquor was apprehended by the police. The petitioner was found sitting in the aforesaid vehicle.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months if no substantive progress is made in the trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
